I was healthy and active my whole life–until I wasn’t.  Smiles were plentiful until grimaces of pain took their place.  My health declined rapidly in the later part of 2003 and I’ve never been the same.  All I’ve ever wanted to do since 2004 was heal my self & start a website.  Today’s the day!





  • take 2 steps forward but then 5 steps backward
  • ride the daily roller coaster of health with all of its ups and downs
  • try everything and anything without desired results
  • cannot see a light at the end of the tunnel
  • will change month...the beginning of the year, etc...etc
  • watch others easily modify their habits and cannot understand why it's so difficult for themselves
  • are exhausted, disappointed and discouraged
  • are fearful, hopeless and stressed out


  • changing practitioners, driving/flying to appointments, missing work
  • searching for answers
  • striving for change
  • having a positive attitude
  • envisioning a new, healthy normal
  • going out of their comfort zone
  • confronting their fears
  • gaining knowledge to hopefully inspire 1 other person
  • living in the present to create a better future
  • working through their pain
  • because they know they deserve optimal health
